Whether you’re launching a service, a course, a membership, or a creative product — warming up your audience is non-negotiable.

Inside, I’ll walk you through the exact strategy I use (and teach inside Launch Your Own Way) to create buzz before you ever sell a thing, turn quiet lurkers into active buyers, build content campaigns that convert, and get out of the feast-or-famine client cycle that relies on sporadic word of mouth and referrals.

Chantal, Web Designer
"It comes off as a friend talking to you, on your couch having a glass of wine, it feels safe"

"I'm a podcast person, I listen as I work constantly. The Warm Up is the only one where I'm like DAMN maybe I should stop working and pull out a pen and paper and write this down. It's nice to hear others' stories and most are in my ecosystem so it's encouraging.

Holly, Ops Manager
"The podcast definitely made me view warming up my audience differently"

"And I just LOVE the fact that there isn't one way to do something – it's different for everyone and this makes me happy and less pressured!"

LORIN, DESIGNER
"Having Kels in my ears felt like getting a pep talk from a friend"

"She's one who somehow always knows exactly what I need to hear. The mix of relatable advice and actionable nuggets of wisdom made each episode something I could actually do something with."

Ramota, MISSIONARY
"The Warm Up simplifies what used to be the most intimidating part of launching"

"Taking my time in the warm up phase and really leaning into storytelling in my content helped position myself as a “modern day missionary” and increase my brand awareness. I had two people join All Stars during the warm up before even launching because they were so bought into what I do and wanted to be a part of it."

Haley, Designer
"It keeps the momentum going and keeps me in a constant state of improving."

"It's easy to digest and I've understood and implemented her tips without even realizing I'm doing it, Kelsey's teachings become second nature."

Aseel, Notion Designer
"Before, I didn't do marketing at all and didn't like being salesy."

"But with the podcast, I understood how I can give value to my audience and excite them for what's coming. I'm going through a warm up now and I really love it!"

Sneak Peek

Hey! I'm Kels...

Hey! I'm Kelsey, founder of Coming Up Roses and self-proclaimed Squiggly Creative

I help creative entrepreneurs turn their skills into consistent sales (without the cookie-cutter marketing that makes us all cringe). Think strategic marketing campaigns that actually work for YOU, not some template you found on Pinterest.

After growing my creative studio to multiple six figures, I did the squiggly thing – I shut it down and pivoted to education. Why? Because I realized my real superpower is teaching other creatives how to sell their services in a way that feels gooood.

When I'm not helping creatives superbloom their sales, you'll find me at the beach with my son (still getting used to Christmas in summer here in Australia!), supporting creatives like you, or hosting creative events around the world.

I believe the only "right" way is your own way 🌱

The Warm Up focuses specifically on the crucial period between discovery and purchase. While other podcasts give general marketing advice, we help you build a strategic system for turning cold audiences into ready-to-buy communities.

That's exactly why we made this a podcast! Listen while walking, working, or living your life. Each episode is designed to give you actionable strategies you can implement right away, no extra time needed.

Perfect timing! The warm-up period is exactly what you should focus on before you're ready to launch. Start building those connections now, so when you do launch, you'll have an engaged community ready to buy.

Size isn't everything - we've seen people with small, warm audiences outperform those with large, cold followings. The Warm Up helps you create genuine connections that convert, regardless of your current audience size.

If you're getting likes but not sales, have lurkers who never engage, or rely mainly on word-of-mouth referrals, your audience likely needs warming up. This podcast gives you a strategic approach to turn that around.

Our members are actively putting strategies into practice, starting with small steps that create real impact. From trying the "intrigue strategy" on Threads to simply speaking more confidently about their offers, they're seeing results. The podcast's bite-sized format makes it perfect for morning walks or quiet moments, turning learning time into implementation time.

While results vary, our members have seen success like filled waitlists, sold-out offers, and consistent inquiries. The key is implementing the strategies consistently and giving the warm-up process time to work.

Who Is The Warm Up For?

  • The (Sometimes) Consistent Creator

You're showing up regularly(ish), creating content, and building an audience... but something's missing. Your posts get likes but don't convert into sales. You know there has to be a way to turn those silent viewers into ready-to-buy clients.

  • The Ready-to-Scale Service Provider

You're tired of relying on word-of-mouth and random inquiries. You're ready to build a sustainable marketing system that consistently brings in ideal clients – without the sleazy tactics.
