One-Time Payment: By purchasing access to "The Warm Up" podcast, you agree to pay the one-time fee specified at the time of purchase. This fee grants you access to the podcast content as outlined at the time of the transaction. There are no recurring payments or subscription renewals associated with this purchase.

Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our podcast, we are unable to provide refunds due to the nature of digital content and the ability to immediately access and use the podcast upon purchase. By purchasing access to "The Warm Up," you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Ownership and Copyright: "The Warm Up" podcast, whether in part or whole, is the property of Coming Up Roses Creative LLC. The podcast is protected by copyright and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

No Warranty: "The Warm Up" podcast is provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Coming Up Roses Creative LLC does not warrant that the podcast will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Coming Up Roses Creative LLC be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, or loss of business information) arising out of the use of or inability to use "The Warm Up" podcast, even if Coming Up Roses Creative LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coming Up Roses Creative LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of "The Warm Up" podcast or your breach of any provision of this agreement.

Termination: This agreement is effective until terminated. Coming Up Roses Creative LLC reserves the right to terminate access to "The Warm Up" podcast at its discretion if you fail to comply with any provision of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the podcast and destroy any copies thereof.

Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Reservation of Rights: All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Coming Up Roses Creative LLC.

By purchasing and using "The Warm Up" podcast, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that this agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Coming Up Roses Creative LLC, which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communication between you and Coming Up Roses Creative LLC relating to the subject of this agreement.

Because of the digital nature of this product, there are no refunds.
