Refund policy

All products sold through Coming Up Roses are digital and therefore non-refundable. Due to the nature of instant access, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of use or completion

  • Business or scheduling changes

  • Misunderstanding of inclusions, where full product details were clearly provided prior to purchase.

  • This policy does not apply to physical merchandise. For physical goods, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or defective.

However, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure, and

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

You are also entitled to have the goods or services repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Examples may include:
If course modules fail to load and we cannot resolve the issue, or if a clearly advertised feature is not delivered, you may be eligible for a partial refund or replacement.
