Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or monthly instalment plan. This policy explains how you can change or cancel those types of purchases.
Payment Plans
When you purchase using a payment plan, you agree to be charged the full price of the product or course over the selected duration. Charges will occur automatically from the date of purchase at the frequency stated (e.g. monthly), unless you’ve paid in full upfront.
Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged according to the schedule until your plan is complete.
Subscriptions
Some subscriptions (such as digital content or membership-based products) may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, it is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing cycle.
How to Cancel or Change Your Subscription
To cancel or make changes to your subscription, please email hello@cominguproses.co. If you cancel or if a payment fails, your access to the product or course will be removed.
Your order confirmation email includes a link to your order and, where applicable, tools to manage your subscription.
