This document and its content are the intellectual property of Coming Up Roses Creative LLC. By purchasing "The Workshop Bundle," you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Additionally, you agree to adhere to the individual terms and conditions of each product contained within the bundle, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Terms & Conditions of Use

This document and its content are the intellectual property of Coming Up Roses Creative LLC. By purchasing this bundle, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below, which constitute a Terms of Service agreement outlining the permissions and restrictions regarding the use of the bundle content.

2. Access and Usage

Upon purchase, Coming Up Roses grants you access to the content of "The Workshop Bundle" for your personal or business use only. This access is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. You may not use this content for a client project; it is strictly for your own personal use.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to share, copy, redistribute, or reproduce the content of "The Workshop Bundle" or any part thereof in any form to any third party without the prior written consent of Coming Up Roses. Furthermore, you may not use the content in a manner that competes with the business of Coming Up Roses, including, but not limited to, offering any training-based programs or services that directly replicate or utilize the material covered in this bundle to third parties, or plagiarizing, copying, or distributing the content as your own. Any such unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. License Grant for Templates

For any templates included in "The Workshop Bundle," Coming Up Roses grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template solely for the creation and display of your own personal or business project. You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template or any of its components.

5. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of Coming Up Roses Creative LLC.

6. Modification

You are permitted to utilize and modify the content of "The Workshop Bundle" to fit your personal or business needs. However, any modified content remains subject to the terms of this agreement.

7. Ownership and Copyright

The original and any modified versions of the content in "The Workshop Bundle," whether in part or whole, are the property of Coming Up Roses. The bundle is protected by copyright and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

8. No Warranty

The bundle content is provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Coming Up Roses does not warrant that the content will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds for purchases of "The Workshop Bundle." All sales are final. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, we are unable to provide refunds due to the nature of digital goods and the ability to immediately access and use the bundle upon purchase. By purchasing and using "The Workshop Bundle," you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Coming Up Roses be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, or loss of business information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the bundle, even if Coming Up Roses has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coming Up Roses Creative LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the bundle or your breach of any provision of this agreement.

12. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. Coming Up Roses reserves the right to terminate access to the bundle at its discretion if you fail to comply with any provision of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the bundle and destroy any copies thereof.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

14. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Coming Up Roses Creative LLC.

By using "The Workshop Bundle," you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that this agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Coming Up Roses, which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communication between you and Coming Up Roses relating to the subject of this agreement.
