⚠️ Terms & Conditions of Use

This document and its content are the intellectual property of Coming Up Roses Creative LLC. By purchasing this training program, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below, which constitute a Terms of Service agreement outlining the permissions and restrictions regarding the use of the program content.

Access and Usage: Upon purchase, Coming Up Roses grants you access to the training program content for your personal or business use only. This access is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Course Access Duration & VIP Upgrade Policy: Upon purchase of Launch Your Own Way (LYOW) – Evergreen, you are granted 6 months of access to the course materials from your original course start date.
If you choose to upgrade to LYOW VIP, your purchase includes 6 months of access to The Launchpad (our support community, live calls, and Slack channel) beginning on the date of your VIP upgrade.
Please note:
VIP upgrades do not automatically extend your course access.
If your original course start date is within 30 days of your VIP upgrade, your course access will be extended to match your new 6-month Launchpad support window at no extra charge.
If your course start date was more than 30 days prior to your VIP upgrade, you will need to purchase a course access extension to regain access:
1. 3-month extension — $99
2. 6-month extension — $199
To request an extension, email hello@cominguproses.co before or after purchasing your upgrade.
Access extensions are optional and not included in the base VIP Upgrade purchase unless otherwise stated. Course access beyond the original 6-month window without an extension purchase is not guaranteed.

Prohibited Use: You agree not to share, copy, redistribute, or reproduce the training program content or any part thereof in any form to any third party without the prior written consent of Coming Up Roses. Furthermore, you may not use the content in a manner that competes with the business of Coming Up Roses, including, but not limited to, offering any training-based programs or services that directly replicate or utilize the material covered in this training program, or plagiarizing, copying, or distributing the content as your own. Any such unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of Coming Up Roses Creative LLC.

Modification: You are permitted to utilize and modify the training program content to fit your personal or business needs. However, any modified content remains subject to the terms of this agreement.

Ownership and Copyright: The original and any modified versions of the training program, whether in part or whole, are the property of Coming Up Roses. The program is protected by copyright and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

No Warranty: The training program is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Coming Up Roses does not warrant that the program will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Refund Policy: Please note that we do not offer refunds for purchases of our training programs. All sales are final. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, we are unable to provide refunds due to the nature of digital goods and the ability to immediately access and use the program upon purchase. By purchasing and using our training program, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Coming Up Roses be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, or loss of business information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the training program, even if Coming Up Roses has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coming Up Roses Creative LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the training program or your breach of any provision of this agreement.

Termination: This agreement is effective until terminated. Coming Up Roses reserves the right to terminate access to the training program at its discretion if you fail to comply with any provision of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the program and destroy any copies thereof.

Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Reservation of Rights: All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Coming Up Roses Creative LLC.

By using this training program, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that this agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Coming Up Roses, which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communication between you and Coming Up Roses relating to the subject of this agreement.

Receive Your Access Details

After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Shopify. Shortly after, you’ll get a separate email with your access details for The Launchpad.

1. Click the link in The Launchpad invite email to request access to the Slack channel.
2. Create a Slack account if you don’t already have one.
