Modification: You are permitted to utilize and modify the training program content to fit your personal or business needs. However, any modified content remains subject to the terms of this agreement.
Ownership and Copyright: The original and any modified versions of the training program, whether in part or whole, are the property of Coming Up Roses. The program is protected by copyright and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
No Warranty: The training program is provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Coming Up Roses does not warrant that the program will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Refund Policy: Please note that we do not offer refunds for purchases of our training programs. All sales are final. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, we are unable to provide refunds due to the nature of digital goods and the ability to immediately access and use the program upon purchase. By purchasing and using our training program, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the program and destroy any copies thereof.
Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Reservation of Rights: All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Coming Up Roses Creative LLC.
By using this training program, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that this agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Coming Up Roses, which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communication between you and Coming Up Roses relating to the subject of this agreement.
