⚠️ Terms & Conditions for The Launchpad – Lifetime Access

This document and its content are the intellectual property of Coming Up Roses Creative Pty Ltd. By purchasing access to The Launchpad, an always-on community hosted on Slack, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below. These terms constitute a binding Terms of Service agreement regarding permissions and restrictions related to your use of The Launchpad and its associated community resources.

Access and Usage: Upon purchase, Coming Up Roses Creative Pty Ltd grants you lifetime access to The Launchpad community for your personal or business use only. This access is non-transferable and non-sublicensable, and subject to continued compliance with the terms outlined herein.

Community Standards: Participation in The Launchpad requires respectful and constructive behavior. You agree to:

• Refrain from inappropriate, harassing, or disruptive conduct.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.
• Use the community for learning and networking purposes—not solicitation, spam, or promotion of competing offers.

Any violation of these standards may result in immediate removal without refund.

Prohibited Use: You agree not to:

• Share, copy, or distribute content from the community without permission.
• Use Launchpad resources to create or promote competing offers, services, or communities.
• Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with Coming Up Roses Creative Pty Ltd.

Any unauthorized distribution or use of materials may result in legal action.

Ownership and Copyright: All resources, templates, trainings, and discussions shared within The Launchpad remain the intellectual property of Coming Up Roses Creative Pty Ltd. You may use them for your personal learning and business development only. Any derivative or adapted works remain bound by these terms.

No Warranty: The Launchpad and its associated materials are provided “as is,” with no guarantees of specific outcomes or continuous access. Coming Up Roses Creative Pty Ltd does not warrant uninterrupted functionality or Slack uptime.

Refund Policy & Consumer Rights: Please note that we do not offer refunds for purchases of our training programs. All sales are final due to the digital nature of our programs and the ability to access all materials immediately upon purchase.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of use or completion
• Business or scheduling changes
• Misreading or misunderstanding of the offer when clear details were provided pre-purchase

However, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you are an Australian customer, you are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure, and
• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

You are also entitled to have the goods or services repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Examples:

• If the course fails to load or major content is missing and we cannot resolve the issue, you may be entitled to a refund or remedy.
• If you expected a feature or module based on our advertising that was not delivered, you may qualify for a partial refund or compensation.

To request a remedy under ACL, please email hello@cominguproses.co and we will assess your request in line with your rights.

If you are purchasing from outside Australia, local consumer protections may apply under your country’s laws. This agreement is governed by Australian law, unless otherwise required by local legislation.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Coming Up Roses Creative Pty Ltd be liable for damages including, but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or income
• Business interruption
• Slack platform outages or third-party data breaches beyond our control

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coming Up Roses Creative Pty Ltd, its employees, contractors, and affiliates against any claims or liabilities arising from your participation in the community or breach of these terms.

Termination of Access: Coming Up Roses Creative Pty Ltd may revoke access at its sole discretion for breach of these terms. This includes removal from the Slack workspace and any related resource hubs.

Severability: If any term is deemed unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

Reservation of Rights: All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Coming Up Roses Creative Pty Ltd.

By accessing The Launchpad – Lifetime Access, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is the full and exclusive statement of the relationship between you and Coming Up Roses Creative Pty Ltd, superseding all prior agreements or communications.

Receive Your Access Details

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Shopify.
Shortly thereafter, you will receive a separate email with your invite to The Launchpad, our always-on Slack community. This email will contain instructions to join. If you do not see the email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, please email us at hello@cominguproses.co, and we’ll assist you promptly.

• Open the invite email for The Launchpad.
• Click the link to accept the Slack invitation.
• Follow the instructions to create or log into your Slack account.
• Once inside, start exploring the community and resources!
