This document and its content are the intellectual property of Coming Up Roses Creative LLC. By purchasing this template, you are granted either a single-use license agreement or an unlimited use license agreement, depending on the license type you choose to purchase. The terms and conditions for both types of licenses are outlined below.

License Grant

Single-Use License: Grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template solely for the creation and display of your own personal or business project.

Unlimited Use License: Grants you an unlimited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for the creation and display of personal or business projects for yourself or your clients.

General Terms (Applicable to Both Licenses)

Prohibited Use: You agree not to share, copy, redistribute, or reproduce the template or any part thereof in any form to any third party without the prior written consent of Coming Up Roses. You may not use the template in a manner that competes with the business of Coming Up Roses, including, but not limited to, offering any template-based design services to third parties.

Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of Coming Up Roses Creative LLC.

Modification: You are permitted to modify the template to fit your personal or business needs. However, the modified template remains subject to the terms of this license.

Ownership and Copyright: The original and any copies of the template, modified or unmodified, are the property of Coming Up Roses. The template is protected by copyright and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

No Warranty: The template is provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Coming Up Roses does not warrant that the template will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Refund Policy: Please note that we do not offer refunds for purchases of our templates. All sales are final. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, we are unable to provide refunds due to the nature of digital goods and the ability to immediately access and use the template upon purchase. By purchasing and using our template, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Coming Up Roses be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, or loss of business information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the template, even if Coming Up Roses has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coming Up Roses Creative LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the template or your breach of any provision of this agreement.

Termination: This license is effective until terminated. The license will terminate automatically without notice from Coming Up Roses if you fail to comply with any provision of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the template and all of its component parts.

Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Reservation of Rights: All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Coming Up Roses Creative LLC.

By using this template, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that this agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Coming Up Roses, which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communication between you and Coming Up Roses relating to the subject of this agreement.

Because of the digital nature of this product, there are no refunds.
